Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these Terms. Signing up on behalf of a business confirms you have authority to bind that organisation. Compliai Cloud is operated by Pingzhou Tu (ABN 56 591 469 534).

2. The service

Compliai Cloud uses AI to extract obligations from policy documents and helps you track compliance tasks. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs before use.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must be authorised to act on behalf of your business
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose

4. Subscription & billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial periods, except as required under Australian Consumer Law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process your content to provide the service. We do not share your documents with third parties except as required to operate the service.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the 3 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including fines or penalties arising from reliance on the service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
